Client Profile: The Elder-Beerman Stores Corp. sells moderate to better fashion apparel, intimate apparel, accessories and shoes, better cosmetics and fragrances for women, along with men's and children's apparel and shoes. Recently acquired by Bon-Ton Stores. This combination represents 142 stores in sixteen states.

Technology Requirement: Installation and implementation of an Enterprise Backup Solution. Products included CA-BrightStor ARCserve, CA-SRM, CA-BrightStor ARCserve Agents for Oracle, SQL and Exchange. Put a disaster recovery plan in place.
